We are a family who has been coming to the Great Smoky Mountains for generations. A few years ago we realized that if we needed a home big enough for our own family of twenty, other families probably did too. Today our portfolio includes three large mountain lodges and one cozy home in town.
We spend most of our time in the Smokies, from picnics at the Chimneys to floating the stream at Metcalf Bottoms and days at Dollywood. We have done it all here, so when you have a question, just call. We will personally answer the phone.
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available on request.
We can only confirm an early check-in the week of your stay, since it depends on the previous guest leaving on time and the home being cleaned and ready. We will always do our best to accommodate your requested arrival.
We are unable to host pets in our homes due to allergies. Trained service animals are welcome under our service animal policy, which includes an additional deep-cleaning fee to keep our homes allergy-free.
Each of our lodges has room for up to six vehicles. Bear Hollow offers covered parking with space for a few more cars in the driveway.
Very likely. Black bears visit our mountain properties regularly. Please enjoy them from a safe distance, never feed them, and always keep your car doors locked.
